BSG.CS.01528 — Cloth Seal, Eagle Seal

Found in near selby Yorkshire, 14mm.

Missing // eagle displayed facing left, 16.. ...FA.. around // missing // missing

This is thought to be a single disc from a four disc alnage cloth seal, possible 17th century date.

Suggestion from Jan van Oostveen, "This could be an Amsterdam seal. The tekst around the eagle looks like GEBLEAUWT. Dying seal."
