An inner disc from a four disc, armorial-type, cloth seal. The crowned rose is a common motif on alnage seals but the supporting figures are unusual. Parallels on a Czech detecting website:- 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 confirm it is part of a cloth seal and the clearer images suggest the figures may have wings - hence angels.

The only complete seal known to display this design is associated with Du Bois serges.
