Unusual cloth? seal bearing a crowned? shield with illegible arms deeply stamped with a diagonal cross in a square. The blank reverse has two lugs attached that could have formed the rivet attachments to a back disc. There are lined impressions on this underside that may be evidence of attachment to cloth.
