Possibly one disc from a cloth seal. Privy mark of 4 with extended vertical terminating on fused XX, I G to sides

Unusual shape and rather thin for standard cloth workers personal seal. Corroded with holes. If there is no sign of a rivet on the reverse and none of the holes are from the removal of a rivet then it must have been a four (or more) part seal - again unusual for a cloth workers personal seal.
