BSG.CS.00545 — Cloth Seal, Cloth Worker's Personal Seal, Initialled, CF, 1700~1825

Found in Essex size is 16.19 mm dia.

A rivet cloth seal with what could be traces of cloth imprint on one side. CF is stamped on the other - the C is not certain.

From Egan, Lead Cloth Seals and Related Items in the British Museum, "incuse numbers are generally found on two disc seals of eighteenth-/nineteenth-century date - i.e. post-alnage."
