The centre has NPO or possibly NPC surounded by 3 concentric circles the first two are close together and filled with a continuous chain of pellets the third is further away creating a wider annulus with writing in it. Only the following letters can be deciphered - ET??L(U?)??????A???TATE? and a possible small splayed cross. The other side is blank.
