Russian Flax quality control seal.

First side:- First line- ЛД = LD = l'nyanoy dosmotr = Flax Inspection. Second & Third line - ?H:CA = ?N:SA // ??НЬ = ??N' name of quality control officer*. Fourth line - H5 = N5 = number of work station used by QA officer.

Second side:- First line - NP = unknown initials.* Second line - IS12H = initials and numerals indicating the content of the bales. Third line - 1800 = date of assessment.
