Found on the Thames Foreshore, North side, Cannon Street Bridge, 33mm, 13.3g.

Missing // two crowned B's with foliate scroll work below, FINN * BOMBASIN * NEDER. WESEL around // missing // missing

From the finder, "It appears to be from Wesel, Germany. See Egan, BM Occasional Paper 93, catalogue 316. ... Much of the obverse has a light brown/ tan colour and there are some tiny traces of gilding."
