Shield bearing three fleurs-de-lis over name VZES, NOUVELLES star MARCHANDISES around // arms of France

The arms of Uzes have alternating red and white bars beneath three fleurs-de-lis. Here the name between double lines has replaced the bottom segment. The type of crown on the national arms suggest it is a lesser version of the modern arms used from 1515–1792.
