Found on Thames foreshore, 22 x 20mm.

Shield bearing two crescents with lower star between (two? crowns?) below, ER above shield // (head of rivet) I?

One disc and rivet head from a two disc seal. The arms have not yet been identified. ER possibly applies to Elizabeth I or Edward VI.

A suggestion by Mark Alliston - British Armorial Bindings Lee, Frederick George (1832 - 1902) A fess between three crescents a mullet for difference.
