Found in the East Midlands, 31 x 13mm, 9.3g.

Blank // portcullis // WHI / TS / 168(7?) // markings

A complete four part cloth seal, the inner discs showing WHI / TS / 168(7?) in a circular border and on the other a portcullis.

Probably an alnage seal with the inscription possibly standing for Whitstable in Kent but no significant cloth industry was known there however it was a port.
