BSG.BS.00313 — Columbia? Seal

Found in the West Midlands, 27mm, 1mm thick.

Heavily corroded seal with rust presumably from wire binding ...UMBIA can be made out across the middle with (the letter O?) in an angle above and 01 between two vertical lines below.

Possibly Columbia as in the North American District of Columbia.
