BSG.BS.00278 — U.S.A. Customs Seal

"The only worth while thing that i found was this cloth bag seal. I have not seen won like this before, And at first i thought it was the seal that electrical company's put on the electric meter to stop it being tampered with. It looks like it did have a wire going through it, Because of the rust. If anyone knows different as to what it is, I would be grateful to know."

The initials US can be seen on one side. Probably U.S. Customs seal.
