BSG.BS.00276 — U.S.A. Customs lead seal

Lead seal U.S. surrounded by a raised annulus with letters on - only D can be made out. On the other side there is writing around the inner edge of a central raised circle LA can be made out at the top and S.T at the bottom. Probably a customs seal.
