Found in the Yorks / Lancs border area.
Seal with --NOD & VO--- ? written around the edge and PARIS in the middle. The other side has what could be a small flower in the middle and what could be PHOSPHATE and another word written around the edge.
From Philippe Lanez, reads MONOD & VOISIN around PARIS, one side. Other PHOSPHATES curving down, D(E TEBESSA) curving upwards. La Société Française des phosphates de Tebessa existed (1894-1912) in Algeria, at a time when it was part of France.
