Star of David Seal 94, Image & Found by James Crombie
Found in the Kirkcaldy area of Fifeshire, 13mm & 16mm.
Bulla type seal with star of David on one side and numbers on the other. The numbers in this group range from 20 to 976 with several duplicates.
Probably phosphate bag seals - see other star of David seals including Leeds Phosphate Works - Company No: 40783; Leeds Phosphate Works Ltd. Incorporated on 12/2/1894 – “To carry on the business of Agricultural Chemists and Artificial Manure Manufacturers and Dealers in Artificial manures of all kinds.” Dissolved at Extra Ordinary General Meeting at Newcastle-upon-Tyne 30/9/1921.
