Found in Scotland, no dimensions known.
Both sides have continuous raised circle border. Tentative interpretation of the image suggests one side has the figure 1 with RE3 in superscript relative to it. The other side has what could be a name and further writing beneath in a curve. It may be possible to decipher it from the original.
