From Paul Cannon, "I think this seal reads KALIWERKE SOLLSTEDT, a potash mine in Germany. The mine became part of the International Agricultural Corporation (New York) in 1909. For an image of the works see Wikipedia and also International Minerals & Chemical Corporation."
Although the mine and original business was German, the find spot makes this seal is more likely to be from the time subsequent to the American take over.
