There are several Moulin Blanc in Belgium & France - Wikipedia.

This one at Pidebecq was suggested by the finder - Le Blanc Moulin, "The mill stands on a height, in a place called Pidebecq au camp du Mont, along the road from Ath to Flobecq. It is a brick tower mill with a revolving hood, built on an artificial hill and surrounded by a brick wall. It was built in 1789 by J-B Deltenre and remained active until the Second World War."
