Russian, Railway Seal

Found in the Yorks / Lincs border area.

Worn seal that looks to have the letters IO or more likely the Cyrillic letter Ю and maybe an 8 to one side above a thick raised band.

Similar design to Figs. 59 & 60 on p 60 & 61, John Sullivan, 'Russian Cloth Seals in Britain Trade, Textiles and Origins', 2012
