Cloth Seal, Dutch, Alkmar

Cloth Seal, Dutch, Alkmar, Image & Found by Peter Eggers.
Found near De Rijp, Netherlands, 15mm

Turret 1671 beneath // initials AH ligate

Identified by the finder, "the smaller seal with 1671 is not a clothseal. It has the coat of arms of Alkmaar, that means that the authorities of Alkmaar gave a quality guaranty for a certain product. Not for cloth, those seals are much bigger and have text. I think it could be from a hemp product, rope or fishingnets produced in Alkmaar."
